HRMT640 Organizational Strategies for Diversity and Inclusion (3 semester hours)
This course outlines methods for building diversity and inclusion in the overall organizational vision and strategy. The course explores efforts to include diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the organization. The coursework will allow for practice and evaluation of existing strategies. Finally, technologies used to track diversity and inclusion in organizations will be explored.
