This course explores successful project management for business projects. Students will differentiate among projects, programs, and project portfolios and how each supports the other. A project schedule will be created and maintained to simulate a project's life cycle. Students will review the indicators for understanding project success. The course will apply theory and practical knowledge along with standard tools and techniques to drive to project success. This course requires Microsoft Project® software.
