BUSN306 Real Estate Communication and Negotiation (3 semester hours)

This course focuses on real estate communication and negotiation. Students will have the opportunity to discuss and review terminology, concepts, and best practices in residential real estate communication and negotiation. Topics will include persuasion principles and approaches, real estate negotiation situations, the various modes for communicating and negotiating, e-mailing, texting, and other effective written negotiations, generational factors, and ethics in real estate communication and negotiation.
