Learners will study a bundle of courses focused on organizational leadership. Included in this program are courses related to organizational management, human resource management, and leadership. This NanoCert is designed to help learners effectively lead organizations, people, departments, and organizational change in a global business environment.

NanoCert Objectives

After successfully completing this NanoCert, the student will be able to:

  • Analyze the responsibilities of leaders through lenses of ethical and moral decision-making, use of authority and power, and individual leadership style.
  • Examine differences between leaders/managers and analyze perspectives that shape roles and align norms to maintain a healthy organization.
  • Synthesize relevant knowledge of the effective use of human resources into a concise plan for implementation within an organization.
  • Evaluate the role of individuals, culture, and ethics in the management of organizations.
