FINC201 Financial Management Principles (3 semester hours)

This course is an overview study of the concepts and techniques in finance for non-financial managers. The course will cover basic financial tools and principles for both small and large business. FINC301 Managerial Finance (3 semester hours)
This course will help students understand the four phases of the budget cycle - formulation, review, execution and audit. This course will explore the importance of budgets including line-item budgeting, performance budgeting, top-down budgeting, zero-based budgeting and capital budgeting. FINC402 Investments (3 semester hours)
This course examines financial theory and empirical evidence for investment decisions.
